Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment
A £200 deposit is required upon booking to secure your place on the holiday and balance payments are due 6 weeks before the holiday starts. Anyone booking within 6 weeks of the start date will need to pay in full.
Cancellations & Refunds
71+ days from the holiday start date: Full refund, minus a £10 admin fee.
43-70 days from the holiday start date: There is no refund for the £200 deposit at this stage.*
0-42 days from the holiday start date: Any money paid at this stage is non-refundable.*
* If we can fill your place: Get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we will do our best to re-sell your place. If this is possible, the following charges will apply:

Cancelling more than 14 days from the holiday start date: You will receive a full refund, minus a £50 admin fee.
Cancelling less than 14 days from the holiday start date: You will receive a refund, minus your £200 deposit.
If we need to cancel (this would only happen under exceptional circumstances) we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund you any money you have paid. We cannot be held liable for any expenses which you may have incurred, such as travel, hotels or exchange rate losses.
All participants must take full responsibility for themselves and accept the potential health risks associated with coming together as a group. For the protection of the venue staff and other participants, we ask you not to attend the if you have an infectious illness.

Travel Insurance
Life is unpredictable, so the purchase of appropriate travel insurance for the full duration of the holiday, including travel from your home is a requirement. Please make sure you purchase the insurance as soon as you have booked your place, so it will protect you not only while you are in Greece but also before travelling, in case something unexpected happens between you booking and the start of the holiday that prevents you from going.

Photos & Videos

We occasionally take photos and videos during the holidays and we will be audio recording all of the songs sung, so you can listen back when you get home. Unless agreed otherwise, by attending you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded and these images and recordings may be used by us for promotional purposes.

Data Privacy
As part of the booking process for this holiday we collect personal data such as your name, contact details and location. This information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the holiday and providing relevant follow-up information.
Your data will be handled securely and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we will not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.​​
